0:00 you all set so it’s an honor to have you back A friend of mine Kid Rock sometimes 0:08 referred to as Bob I know him as Bob but he’s been a good friend for a long time 0:13 many years And he’s been uh after something that is for the good of a lot 0:19 of people including in particular the public and having to do with ticket 0:24 sales and scalping and all of the gouging that you have been reading about It’s gotten worse and worse with time 0:31 and I didn’t know too much about it but I checked it out and it is a big problem and I thought I think you’ve been trying 0:37 to get this done for 20 years or something He said Trump got it done in two weeks but we came up with a very 0:43 serious uh EO and uh I’m going to sign it now and 0:49 maybe I’ll ask you will to explain a little bit about it please Of course sir So this is an executive order as you 0:55 said that deals with the ticket reselling business uh for fans of live entertainment and for entertainers as 1:01 well Uh the ticket reselling industry has become a huge issue These people use 1:07 uh bots and computer algorithms to buy up huge blocks of tickets and then jack up the price so that fans of of live 1:14 entertainers like Mr Richie I almost called him Mr Rock um don’t have access to concerts this the way that they 1:20 should uh and when they do it’s at exorbitantly high prices So what this executive order does it charges the the 1:27 FTC and the Department of Justice with rigorously enforcing uh laws on the books uh in collaboration with state 1:34 attorneys general that have power over consumer protection uh and other people who have the power to really crack down 1:40 on this issue uh so that entertainers and fans uh won’t be subject to these abusive and oftentimes illegal practices 1:48 Good Thank you very much Uh Bob do you want to say something yeah Anybody who’s 1:53 It doesn’t matter your politics Uh first of all thank you Mr President because this has happened at lightning speed I 2:00 know you put uh I want to make sure Alena Haba Alina Haba gets her credit too because I know she worked very hard on this but thank you for making this 2:06 happen so quick Anyone who’s bought a concert ticket in the last decade maybe 20 years No matter what your politics are knows that it’s a conundrum You buy 2:13 a ticket for 100 bucks by the time you check out it’s 170 You don’t know what you’re getting charged for But more importantly these bots you know they 2:20 come in they get all the good tickets to your favorite shows you want to go to and then they’re relisted immediately 2:25 for sometimes a four or 500% markup And the artists don’t see any of that money 2:31 And you know ultimately I think this is a great first step Uh I would love down the road if there’d be some legislation 2:37 that we could actually put a cap on the resale of tickets And I’m a capitalist and a deregulation guy but they’ve tried 2:43 this in some places in Europe and it seems to be the only thing that’s us as artists be able to get the tickets into 2:48 the hands of the fans at the prices we set I’ll be the first one to say and I know the president doesn’t like when I 2:54 say this but I’m a little overpaid right now It’s kind of ridiculous I would rather be you know a hero to the 3:00 working-class people and have them be able to come attend my shows and give them a fair ticket price I can’t control that right now So hopefully this is a 3:07 step to really be able to make that happen I know a lot of artists and a lot of fans who love love love concerts and 3:13 music are gonna be very appreciative of you taking I think Bob is more interested in the fans and the people 3:18 that are happy to pay crazy prices than he is the artist Maybe the artist a 3:24 little bit but the fans a lot I’ve spoken to him over the years about it and it’s been it bothers him It bothers 3:31 a lot of other artists too It seems the artists and they go out with a $100 ticket and it sells for $2,000 the 3:37 following night And they seem to be able to sweep up the best locations too which is pretty amazing So they’ve only 3:44 enforced that box act one time I believe a couple years ago New York City I think got a couple million dollar fine and 3:50 that’s the only time they’ve enforced that act And who’s the primary culprit who who sells these tickets it’s the 3:55 scalpers It’s that these bots go in and they’re automated So you’re Is there a company involved 4:02 you might not want to No No Well well there’s there’s reselling markets All Yeah I think I know Peter 4:09 But that’s all right Don’t get them involved Maybe maybe they’re more innocent than we think Well if you think 4:15 of it like if if ticket master sells a ticket if you buy a ticket and go to a show you’re in a lot of ways their worst 4:21 customer because they make another 17 whatever percentage every time that ticket resells So they don’t want to enforce the bots act necessarily because 4:28 they’re making more money off it The artists don’t see any of that money but that’s not what I’m advocating for is for me to make more money I want the 4:34 fans to have fair ticket prices be able to go and enjoy more shows I know people that can only they decide on a family 4:40 vacation or going to their favorite concert once a year rather than you know my parents used to go see multiple shows when you could afford them back in their 4:46 day and I’d like to take my ticket prices lower but if I set my ticket prices low these bots immediately eat 4:51 them up and they resell for hundreds of dollars more and I’m just making these bad actors rich 4:57 Well I think this is a big step to getting it stopped Do you have something Brad yeah I do actually I actually feel 5:04 um that the consumer is going to take the money that they’ve saved and actually buy merch which you guys have a 5:11 big percentage of or do concessions which you guys split with the venue on that as well So I think the money we 5:17 don’t share in concessions a lot no those are we try to but they don’t want us they don’t want to share it in the 5:23 beer prices and parking or any of that stuff but the bottom line is there’s money for everyone to be made there’s 5:28 there’s plenty of money to go around you know no one’s going to really lose here you know ticket master if we can get a cap they’re going to lose some money but 5:35 I’ve already talked to CEO Mike and he’s given me his word he’s on board for it I was talking to Jacobe with Papa Roach 5:40 earlier and by the way he’s a big fan of what you’re doing President Trump digging into uh this whole scalping in 5:46 the box Uh a lot of musicians and you can say that they’re they’re with Kid Rock Sir I think So lot of people a lot 5:54 of people are President Trump would you ever wear a jacket like that i don’t know I was thinking about doing it for 5:59 tomorrow but we have a big event coming up and I was thinking about doing it but I’m not sure So you recently bought a 6:06 Tesla for White House staff to use but now there’s all these domestic terrorists targeting Teslas Are the 6:13 staff scared to drive it i don’t think so I haven’t heard They weren’t complaining I did buy one and I let the 6:19 staff use it I uh we have it parked conveniently and one day we give it to 6:25 Margot one day we give it to Chamberlain give it to Natalie we give it to everybody around Give it to Dan Cavino 6:31 but he’s got so much money it doesn’t matter But they love the car and it’s a great car and it’s made here You know 6:39 it’s made in the country It’s got a tremendous plant now in Texas He had one in he has one in California Does a lot 6:45 of his work here and he’s been really uh unfairly treated in my opinion I travel 6:51 and there’s this other story I know it’s hypothetical right now but if you were 6:56 allowed for some reason to run for a third term is there a thought that the Democrats could try to run Barack Obama 7:03 against you i’d love that For his third term boy that I’d love that That would that would be a good one I’d like that 7:09 No people are asking me to run and there’s a whole story about running for a third term I don’t know I never looked 7:15 into it Uh they do say there’s a way you can do it but I don’t know about that 7:20 but I have not looked into it I want to do a fantastic job We have four years just about almost close to four years 7:27 It’s time is flying but it’s still close to four years And we’re getting a lot of 7:32 credit for having done a great job in the first almost 100 days And we have some big things we’re going to be 7:38 announcing over the next two days that you know very well Peter And I think it’s going to be something that’s going to bring a lot of wealth back to our 7:44 country tremendous wealth back to our country actually And uh other countries are understanding it because they’ve 7:51 been ripping us for 50 years longer But they’ve been ripping us off for years 7:56 right from the beginning And uh I think this is going to be an amazing you know 8:02 I I call it a lot of different names but it’s really the in a sense it’s a rebirth of a country because what how we 8:08 could have afforded to do what we did we help everybody and they don’t help us I 8:14 I really the term I like best probably is the liberation of America It’s the liberation of this country because it’s 8:22 incredible Look we have 36 trillion in debt for a reason and that accumulates over a long period of time So I think 8:28 what you’re going to be seeing over the next couple of days will be uh very inspiring to a lot of people You know 8:34 they had a lot of auto plants being built in a certain country I don’t want to mention the country because we get 8:41 along great with the country but those plants aren’t being built there anymore They gave them up today and yesterday 8:46 day before and they’re building them all now in the United States And we have many examples not only auto plants Uh 8:54 chip companies from Taiwan are coming in The biggest Mr Weey he’s big I said “You 9:00 are a smart guy aren’t you?” I’ve been reading about him over the years but he controls a large portion of the chip 9:06 business as you know You don’t get smarter They’re going to be investing two or three hundred billion dollars Apple’s investing $500 billion dollars 9:14 You know they always built their places in China Now he’s building here I think because of the if I you speak to Tim 9:20 Cook because of the election but maybe more importantly because of the tariffs you know he’s he’s got really an 9:27 obligation to do it but we have many many companies that you haven’t even heard of but I think we’ll be at $5 9:33 trillion very soon and if you think about this uh we’ve never been anywhere 9:38 near that I don’t I don’t know if we’ve ever been at a trillion dollars what do you mean by that five 9:44 five00 what do I mean by a trillion five trillion what are you referring to sir i think that we’re going to be at $5 9:50 trillion of investment I think you’re going to have investments uh very shortly We’re 9:56 already three and a half and we have commitments verbal commitments for a lot more And numbers like that have never 10:02 been done in this country And it’s going to get harder This is in two months It’s really in less than two months because 10:08 since we’ve really gone out with it and we have other interesting things happening but to me uh the whole tariff 10:15 situation and essentially they’ve done that to us for many years So if we’re anywhere near five trillion in two 10:21 months uh this could be numbers like the country’s never seen And every time you hear a dollar spent that’s another job 10:28 because the jobs are coming with it So uh auto plants chip plants 10:33 pharmaceuticals lumber coming in Uh we have things happening in this country I 10:39 don’t think I’m not sure that they’ve ever seen it Steel you know we have tariffs on steel They’ve been here for a 10:46 while Steel and aluminum Uh nobody’s ever seen anything like we’re witnessing 10:52 now Nobody’s ever seen I think you most of you agree with that I mean it’s nothing much you can’t agree with 10:58 uh we have things happening in terms of jobs and investment the likes of which I 11:04 don’t think we’ve ever seen If you look at let’s say four to five trillion dollars in a period of a month and a 11:11 half that’s even more than you do with your concerts which are always sold out right uh nobody’s ever seen numbers And 11:18 think of it where Apple’s at 500 billion as I said but they always used to spend 11:24 their money in China Now they’re spending it here That means they’re going to build now They don’t have any tariffs Remember there are no tariffs If 11:31 you do your product here if you build whatever it is in the USA one of the 11:36 things we’re also trying to get is uh if you build if you buy a car that was 11:41 built in the USA you get a deduction on interest So if you go out borrow money to buy a car if it’s built in the USA uh 11:49 never been done before It’s a big deduction for people that really aren’t used to deductions frankly because uh 11:57 people that buy cars like that are not big into the world of deductions and now they’re going to learn about deduction 12:03 So I think it’s going to be great Yeah Mr President are you going to move that with a universal tariff or different 12:08 individual tariff rates on a whole variety of different Well you’re going to see in two days which is maybe uh 12:15 tomorrow night or probably Wednesday you’re going to see and they’re reciprocal So whatever they charge us we 12:22 charge them but we’re being nicer than they were We have a lot of countries friend and foe I always say friend and 12:28 foe but the friend in many cases is worse than the foe They took advantage of us And we are going to be very nice 12:36 by comparison to what they were The numbers will be lower than what they’ve been charging us and in some cases maybe 12:43 substantially lower but we sort of have a world obligation perhaps But we’re going to be very nice Relatively 12:50 speaking we’re going to be very kind Mr President Somebody said that about me 12:55 the other day They said who doesn’t know me very well They said “You’re such a 13:01 kind person.” And I said “Say that again.” They said “You’re a kind person.” I said “I’ve never heard that 13:08 before.” It was a weird statement I was kind Who said that i’ve heard of words I don’t know I better not tell you You 13:13 know I’ve heard of I’ve been called a lot of things but sort of a different kind of a word It’s like an oldfashioned 13:19 word is that it mr President you met with the chairman of Stalantis today Did he ask you for a pause on the auto 13:25 tariffs no What was that meeting about just about uh some of the problems they 13:31 have with the environmental which we’re going to clean up Have any of the auto We’re going to probably go back to 1920 13:36 If you if you look we’re going to go back probably to a 2020 standard So 13:42 we’ll have 2020 standard Uh and that’s you know just a few years ago Oh they’re 13:47 putting them they’re making it so difficult all over the world They’re making it doesn’t mean a damn bit of difference even for the environment 13:52 Doesn’t matter Uh they make it impossible people to build cars So we’re going to be doing much different 2020 is 14:00 a strong standard but they’ve taken to a level now that you know makes it very difficult to build a car So we’re going 14:07 to be uh we’re going to be uh bringing it back to a standard that is a very 14:14 good environmental standard but it makes it possible to build a car Have you heard any concerns from the automakers though about the tariffs on parts that 14:20 will go into effect over the coming weeks about what that’s going to mean for the price of Well I gave them a big break for a month I didn’t charge them 14:26 anything you know for a big month for that first month And they brought a lot of material into this country because 14:32 they could bring it in without tariff If you look at Canada and Mexico they were 14:37 driving hundreds of thousands of cars into the market because they avoid the tariffs by doing it before the tariffs 14:44 go on which would be Wednesday And uh I looked at the I saw at some of your shows where cars are lined up for miles 14:52 and miles Some of them didn’t have fenders on them Some of them didn’t have the roof on yet They’re driving it here 14:58 brand new They’re driving it in because they want to avoid the tariffs I let them have that they sort of took 15:03 advantage of it because you know that wasn’t part of the deal but that’s okay Are there any they’re great American car 15:09 companies and car companies and so I gave them a little break on that Yeah Are there are there any countries that 15:15 you’re not targeting on Wednesday well it depends You know I said it’s reciprocal Not everybody has made a 15:23 fortune but almost everybody has but not everybody And the ones that haven’t 15:28 we’re going to be very nice to them And on a separate issue because that word reciprocal is very important What they 15:35 do to us we do to them Okay Can I just ask you briefly on President Putin you 15:41 said over the weekend or indicated over the weekend some frustration with him How serious are you about imposing oil 15:46 sanctions on Russia i want to see him make a deal so that we stop Russian soldiers and Ukrainian soldiers and 15:53 other people from being killed but mostly it’s Russian and Ukrainian soldiers They’re losing at least 16:01 2,500 human beings beautiful human beings a week And I wanted to stop And 16:07 some people would say “Why do you worry about Russian soldiers or Ukrainian soldiers?” I worry because it’s like 16:13 they’re just like you people They’re like us Just like all of us And I seem to have an ability to do those things 16:20 And if I can do that uh I think it’s a very worthwhile thing to do And I think we will No I want to 16:27 make sure that he follows through and I think he will I don’t want to go secondary tariffs on his oil but I I 16:34 think you know it’s something I I would do if I thought he wasn’t doing the job I did it with Venezuela Secondary 16:40 tariffs and you know what happened every boat left the harbor Did you see that it was a beautiful thing to see The whole 16:46 harbor emptied out My words weren’t even finished They have these massive these 16:52 massive ships They’re actually taking the hoses and dumping them into there They couldn’t get out of there fast 16:57 enough because they know I don’t play games So I I think he’s going to live up to what he told me and I think he’s 17:03 going to uh fulfill his uh part of the deal Now 17:08 then you have Zalinsky and hopefully he’s going to live up I I see he’s trying to renegotiate the rare earth You 17:14 know we did something because as you know the Europeans get paid back the money that they gave and we don’t 17:19 because Biden is an incompetent president and he should have asked for rare earth or he should have asked for 17:26 the loans to be guaranteed in some form That’s what Europe did Europe is in for 17:31 a hundred probably a hundred billion dollars and we’re in for 350 billion So 17:36 we’re in for more than three times and now you could make it a little bit less than that but it doesn’t matter whatever 17:41 the number we’re in for substantially more than Europe We could be in for 350 billion They have no idea because Biden 17:48 wasn’t a good bookkeeper except for himself And what happens is uh we made a 17:54 deal for Rare Earth It was all done And I heard through through you I haven’t spoken to them yet but through you I 18:00 heard that they’re now saying “Well I’ll only do that deal if we get into NATO or something to that effect.” Well that was 18:06 never number one discussed Number two I think it’s going to be very long before Putin they said “You’re not going into 18:12 NATO.” And uh it could be that’s probably the reason the war started actually We’re hours away from a very 18:20 special election Uh Wisconsin Florida Want to share your thoughts on Republican voters to not sleep on this 18:26 these are two very important races You got Well it’s it’s a big race Supreme Court race in Wisconsin It’s uh taking 18:34 place essentially as we as you know it was early voting and so we’ll see what happens It’s a big race I love Wisconsin 18:42 We won Wisconsin Republicans typically don’t do very well in Wisconsin but I 18:47 did I actually won it twice I actually probably won it three times to be exact We played their son Not probably I won 18:54 it three times We had a rigged election the second time but that’s you know one of those things We had to make this one 19:00 too big to rig as he would you agree with that Brian too big to rig Yes sir Uh so anyway but uh yeah there’s a big 19:07 race and I hope you get out and vote for the Republic The woman is a radical left lunatic and uh let’s see who wins but uh 19:15 the woman will be very bad and and you know Wisconsin’s a big state politically 19:20 and the Supreme Court has a lot to do with elections in Wisconsin So if 19:25 whoever it is that’s running including you know even Senate races etc but whoever it is in four years that runs uh 19:33 having Wisconsin is a very big you know we won it early and big but winning is a 19:38 big deal So therefore the Supreme Court uh choice this that’s is the one you’re 19:44 talking about right now It’s a big race It’s going to be uh announced fairly 19:49 shortly a lot on Tik Tok Big week of deadlines You got liberation day and the Tik Tok 19:55 deadline this week We do which I can extend if I want but we have a lot of enthusiasm for Tik Tok for buying it I 20:02 think Tik Tok is good I used it very I was a I was a great Tik Tok guy and we 20:08 won by 36 points The youth you know we won the youth which Republicans don’t do 20:14 Maybe it’s because Kid Rock likes Trump I don’t know But we won we won the youth by 36 points and I attribute some of 20:22 that to Tik Tok Is the Tik Tok deal the negotiations now tied to a bigger tariff 20:28 deal with China no but you know it could be I mean you know I’ve used tariffs for lots of different reasons but I could 20:35 see you know one point in tariffs with China big country would be probably 20:40 worth more than all of Tik Tok As valuable as Tik Tok is it’s mixed up So there’s a great example That’s a great 20:46 question actually Uh I’m a very flexible person I could use that for that Like 20:52 maybe I’ll take a couple of points off if I get approvals for something I I 20:57 haven’t done it Maybe I’ll do it maybe I won’t But it’s a very good question Peter you’re very good Thank you You’ll 21:03 love this one Go ahead I It’s not front page news but I am just curious What is your thought about Tiger Woods now 21:10 becoming part of the broader Trump family well I love Tiger and I love Vanessa and 21:17 uh they had a great relationship I happen to think the relationship with my 21:22 son uh I think I happen to think the relationship was hurt very badly by the witch hunt that went on Russia Russia 21:28 Russia and all the crap that they put Don through who knew nothing about it But Vanessa and Don had a very good 21:35 relationship They have incredible children five incredible children all good athletes all great 21:41 students are like great and uh they broke up you know quite a while ago and 21:48 which was to me very sad because I think they’re both great Don and Vanessa and 21:53 Tiger actually called me a few months ago and he and you and I have a very special very good relationship with 21:59 Tiger I played golf with him a couple of times over the last month and he’s a fantastic guy and a fantastic athlete 22:05 and he told me about it and I said “Tiger that’s good That’s good I’m I’m 22:10 very uh happy for both I just let them both be happy Let them both be happy 22:15 They’re both great China to follow up on China Uh China 22:20 South Korea and Japan say they’re going to work together in cooperation to respond to the tariffs that you’re going 22:25 to put into effect this week Are you concerned that this move of the tariffs this week could push some of the United 22:32 States closest allies to work with China no I’m not worried about it I’m not 22:37 worried about it Yeah Mr President can I ask you about something they have a chance of doing better actually with the tariffs It can actually help them in a 22:43 certain way And I think a lot of them will drop their tariffs because you know they’ve been unfairly tariffing uh the 22:50 United States for years And if you look at the European Union on cars the European Union already dropped their 22:56 tariff down to two and a half% It was announced a couple of days ago which is what the United which is a very small 23:03 tariff Uh the United States charged very little And uh a lot of I think I heard 23:10 that India just a little while ago is going to be dropping its tariffs very substantially And I said why didn’t somebody do this a long time ago A lot 23:17 of countries are going to be dropping their tariffs about something that happened in France today Mr President 23:22 Marin Lupin the farright leader got uh convicted in court and is now banned from running for office for 5 years Do 23:29 you have a comment on that that’s a big deal That’s a very big deal Well I I know all about it and a lot of people 23:35 thought she wasn’t going to be convicted of anything And I don’t know if it means conviction but she was banned for running for 5 years and she’s the 23:42 leading candidate That sounds like this country That sounds very much like this 23:47 country Okay Anybody else you presented You’ve presented with a bunch of proposals for tariffs by your adviserss 23:53 They’ve been talking about that idea publicly that your adviserss have presented ideas to you about about 23:58 tariffs and what to do in the next two days Have you settled on well you’re going to see I’ve settled Yeah a long actually a long time ago but we talk 24:04 about we talk about it a lot we want to do what’s right for the country and even the world you know affects the world not 24:11 just this country this has been the piggy bank for the entire world so it 24:16 really does affect the world and that’s important to me also yeah yes mr president in the past you have said that 24:23 you want you you want the quick return of Austin Ty a Marine Corps veteran and a journalist who went missing in Syria 24:30 over 12 years ago um Have efforts been uh made to locate Austin Ty been 24:35 extended um beyond Syria including potential leads in Iran and do you have plans uh to get in touch with Miss 24:41 Deborah Ty the mother of uh Mustin Ty and also at the same time uh 24:47 organizations like hostage aid worldwide have been in on the ground um in Syria uh searching for searching for um Austin 24:54 Ties for many years Um can I get your comment on the future potential future 25:00 plans to relocate uh to locate um Austin Ty and to bring him home finally so 25:05 we’ve been looking as you know for Austin for years Uh the I don’t know 25:10 about Biden I don’t think Biden was looking for anything but uh we were and 25:16 there’s been virtually no sign you know that there’s been no sign of Austin an 25:21 incredible uh young guy be less young now It’s been 25:26 a long time It’s been many many years The mother is fantastic She’s a very committed mother that her whole life is 25:34 to find her son who was in Syria and just disappeared off the face of the earth So you know a lot of bad things 25:41 happened but we’re always you know we’ll we will never until we find out something definitive one way or the 25:47 other we’ll never stop looking for him But uh we have been and the response uh 25:54 it’s just a lot of dead ends He’s been gone for a long time The problem is there’s never been a sighting You know 26:00 sometimes you’ll have somebody you’re looking for him and there’s a sighting There’s never been a sighting of Austin 26:06 but we are out there and we have great respect for his family and for his mother She’s been unbelievable Yeah Mr 26:13 President a question about um behind you Apologies You’ve had um outreach with the leaders of Russia and China You’ve 26:19 made an outreach to Iran When are you going to plan to reach out to North Korea and Kim Jong-un anytime in the 26:26 near future Well I do I have a very good relationship with Kim Jong-un Now you 26:32 people hate to hear that but it’s very important I got along with him fantastically as you know It started off 26:38 very rough very nasty uh little rocket man The whole thing was 26:44 a nasty deal And then one day we got a call that they’d like to meet We met uh we have a great relationship and uh yeah 26:53 we have uh there is communication Yeah I think it’s very important You know he’s a big 27:00 nuclear nation and uh and he’s a very smart guy I got to know him very well I 27:07 put you remember I put my foot across the line and then I walked across the line I don’t know if Secret Service was 27:14 thrilled with that They actually wasn’t They were not too thrilled but um I have 27:19 a a very good relationship with him Yeah we’ll probably do something at some point Yeah please What’s on your short 27:26 list Mr President to replace Elise Stefonic as US ambassador to the UN 27:31 so we have a lot of good people that uh won it First of all Lisa is fantastic And I just don’t want to take chances 27:38 with you guys saying “How’s the election going?” We have a congressional election that’s a little bit close I guess the 27:44 one is in good shape but the other one’s a little bit close but Randy Fine is a great guy They’re both good candidates 27:51 They’re very good But it’s you know a little bit uh we want to be careful And 27:56 Elise is very popular in her district and so am I We won by a lot of points 28:01 and so did she and there’s a lot of people that wanted to run for but we have no idea are they going to win I I 28:08 think it’s just security and I said at least what about going back because they love you there and she’s going to take a 28:15 big leadership position with Mike Johnson and the the group the speaker and uh I can tell you that uh for the 28:24 replacement we have a lot of people that have asked about it and would like to do it David Freriedman Rick Grenell 28:32 uh and maybe 30 other people Everyone loves that position That’s a star making 28:39 position And so we’ll see what happens But we have a lot of people that are interested in going to the United 28:45 Nations as you can imagine Yeah Get a quick music question Uh favorite song to play live is what and then my question 28:51 for you M Mr President your favorite rally you did last last year 2024 What was your favorite one m Favorite song to 28:58 play live Yeah Favorite song to play live Oh that’s a tough one 29:04 Um it’ have to be one of the hits Probably Cowboy or Ball with Fall There’s there’s a song that I’ve played 29:11 every night that was never a singular hit that I probably should not say the words to in this office right now I 29:17 think for you you never met a certain person His rallies are amazing He does great and uh gets big crowds He’s been 29:24 he’s been he’s really a a star when it comes to that He he is very talented guy 29:31 Uh I would say maybe Madison Square Garden Yeah Because anybody that was 29:36 there the owner of the garden Jim Dolan who’s you know to me always been 29:42 terrific He said this he’s never seen anything like it We had when you 29:47 announced Madison Square Garden you know it’s a big arena but we sell out big arenas We sold out in Milwaukee We sold 29:53 out at every big arena We don’t have We never had empty seats It’s amazing They talk about Bernie Sanders gets two 29:58 three,000 people Everyone said these crowds are I get 107,000 people in New 30:04 Jersey In Butler PA we had over a 100,000 the second time We had 55,000 30:10 the first time We have big crowds I would say Madison Square Garden because I grew up in New York and the garden is 30:16 great Jim Dolan treated us well but everybody said they because I think I could have 30:22 filled it up 10 times We had hundreds of thousands of people that were stacked 30:28 all the way back to the Hudson River and on the other direction back to Fifth Avenue Nobody’s ever se I don’t mean 30:33 with a line I mean like 50 deep like 50 deep this way The streets were closed 30:40 The whole thing it was crazy And when you take that you know you want to do well at Madison Square Garden You don’t 30:45 want to have empty seats But we could have sold it out Brian 10 times and everybody knew it And I think we got a 30:52 good indication that that’s where the election was going and and we won every swing state and we won by millions of 30:58 votes It was a it was a great election Yeah Mr President the US military transferred 17 individuals to El 31:04 Salvador overnight Did you discuss with your team whether these deportations would run a foul of any recent court 31:10 orders no I I do want to thank however the president He has been unbelievable 31:16 and uh you know in relation to us but I think that uh our people have done an 31:24 incredible job You know I got elected on the basis of getting bad people out of our country that shouldn’t be here very 31:29 dangerous people out of our country and that’s what I did and then you have a judge that wants to take over and I 31:36 can’t imagine it can be allowed uh if it was up to him they’d all be put back in our country These are killers These are 31:42 drug lords These are really bad people But I want to thank the president of El Salvador because he’s he did a he’s done 31:51 an amazing job You saw it Yeah Yeah Elon Musk’s special government tenure is 31:56 coming to an end 130 days I think another month Uh do you want him to stay longer or is it time for him to go back 32:02 to running his companies in Europe well I think he’s in amazing but I also think he’s got a big company to run and so at 32:08 some point he’s going to be going back He wants to uh Would you want to keep him around oh I’d keep him as long as I could keep 32:14 him He’s a very talented guy You know I love very smart people and he’s very 32:19 smart and he’s done a good job You know Doge Doge has uh we 32:25 found numbers that nobody can even believe like 400 billion 500 billion It 32:32 could be close to a trillion dollars by the time they end on different things 32:38 And he’s led the charge and you’ve seen a lot of his people and these are people that joined up I always say they’re high 32:44 IQ people I like high IQ people and they’ve done a great job No at some 32:49 point Elon’s going to want to go back to his company I I will say he’s got despite the way he’s been treated So 32:56 he’s an American patriot but the way he’s been treated with Tesla is just terrible It’s just terrible once he goes 33:03 In fact you have a Tesla Uh and you love it You he was saying before he bought a 33:08 Tesla you love it A lot of people are buying Teslas I think and I hope they are He should not be treated that way 33:14 He’s done an incredible service to Once he goes back is Doge going to keep operating even without Elon here well I 33:20 can’t tell you that I can say this that a lot of the people that are working with Doge are the secretaries you know 33:26 the heads of the various agencies and they’ve learned a lot and they’re dealing with the Doge people I think 33:32 some of them may try and keep the Dutch people with them but you know at a certain point I think it will end but 33:38 they have also gotten a big education and they’re doing a really good job There’ll be a point at which the 33:44 secretaries will be able to do this work and do it very uh you know as we say 33:49 with the scalpel and that’s what we want Yeah Jeeoff Mr President have you had any updates on the US soldiers missing 33:56 missing in Lithuan i have Can you give us an update so three are no longer with 34:02 us and one is un fortunately probably in the same category but they haven’t 34:09 declared that yet It was a very heavy truck like a toy but I mean really heavy 34:14 that left lifted the heaviest equipment and it would seem that the bank of a lake collapsed you know the weight is so 34:22 big and it was at night and it was very cold weather ice a lot of ice and uh 34:27 it’s possibly slipped and the weight is so enormous of this thing It’s a It’s a 34:33 a massively heavy vehicle and if they slipped a little bit they that’s probably what happened and it 34:40 flipped and three are are gone 34:46 and one is missing On a separate topic follow up on immigration Did you see the 34:51 video of the Tus University student who was taken off the street by ICE agents 34:56 last week in hoodies and masks there’s been a lot of criticism of that Have are 35:02 you comfortable with how that was handled well I haven’t really looked at it in any detail but I will I mean I have seen it quickly but not uh I 35:09 wouldn’t want to comment on Yeah please Yeah Uh Mr President would you be able to confirm recent reporting that you are 35:15 making plans to go to Saudi Arabia next month and if so why is Saudi Arabia so important so I have a very good 35:23 relationship with the Middle East In fact if you look at Michigan I won the vote by a lot People were a little 35:29 surprised And I have a very good relationship with Muhammad and the king 35:35 His son is Muhammad He’s great Crown Prince Actually he’s prime minister too He’s got a lot of good titles But uh 35:43 he’s great And the king has been wonderful And if you remember last time I went to Saudi Arabia I put them first 35:49 in the list because they agreed to buy $450 billion worth of American goods 35:57 military and otherwise And they did And it was an unbelievable day It was in 36:02 this gorgeous ballroom and uh companies were there from many many probably a 36:08 hundred companies and they were given anywhere from 40 or 50 million dollars to 36:14 uh less uh and more actually case some of them were given numbers that were 36:20 just many times that amount I think we had a couple of 20 billion dollar deals 36:25 and big stuff and it’s very rich country because of oil and we are a very rich 36:31 country ultimately when we straighten out because of oil and the oil oil is always good and 36:38 uh I agreed to do it again but and they’ve agreed to spend close to a trillion dollars of money in our 36:45 American companies which to me means jobs So they’re going to spend uh 36:51 hundreds of billions of dollars giving them to American companies that are going to be making 36:57 equipment for Saudi Arabia and other places in the Middle East And for that I think it’s worth it 37:04 I did it last time 450 billion and the press was there It was a uh it was was 37:10 one of the most unique days I’ve ever seen where companies would get up and you’re getting 20 billion The name of 37:16 the company the chairman were all there every chairman and top person in the company You remember that Peter i don’t 37:21 know if you were there You might be too young for that I was on the Democratic campaign trail It was boring This was a 37:28 much better deal But uh it was amazing Actually it was an amazing day We we uh 37:33 sold and we parttook in $450 billion worth of investment into 37:39 American companies And they announced the company the amount of money a billion dollars $5 billion $25 billion 37:47 and the chairman of the company many of whom you know are well-known figures prestigious figures great business 37:53 leaders They went up they shook the hand of somebody and they would sit down and 38:00 we just had a big investment made So it was a record Nobody ever beat it before $450 billion dollars worth of jobs I I 38:07 view it as jobs more than anything else And now we’re close to a trillion dollars So it’s more than double the 38:14 number that we did when I first came to office And this trip takes place next month It could be next month Maybe a 38:21 little bit later Yeah And uh we’re going to Qatar also And also we’re going to 38:30 possibly a couple of other countries UAE is very important It’s a great leader in 38:37 UAE And I had his brother here the other night of you saw that we had a wonderful 38:42 guy a wonderful family So we’ll probably stop at UAE and cutter and as I used to 38:48 call it Qatar Nobody’s ever told me right or wrong I always like to say 38:53 Qatar but it’s cutter They like to say Qatar and Saudi Arabia the three of them 38:58 And then we’ll go other places also But in the Middle East those seem to be the three And again uh tremendous amounts of 39:07 uh jobs will be created that in those two or three days Thank you very much everybody Thank you Thank you Out that 39:16 door right [Music] there Wait That was good Okay Ready 39:24 everybody You better do well with 39:30 this He’s going to do it Make sure everything is nice and clean right for your make America funny because you’re 39:37 not in a clean industry you know Hold that up 39:42 Okay Thank you everybody served Thank you
