0:07 good afternoon everybody hello hello 0:10 it’s great to see all of you welcome to 0:12 our third official influencer briefing 0:15 here at the White House in the beautiful 0:17 South Court Auditorium joe Biden’s 0:19 former office that he pretended to be 0:21 his office now we’re using it for its 0:23 real purposes as an auditorium and we 0:25 are embracing and empowering new media 0:28 like never before you are all a 0:29 testament to that we’re so grateful that 0:31 you’re here today president Trump is 0:33 truly the most transparent and 0:35 accessible president in American history 0:37 and we are just following his example 0:39 that’s a little bit why this uh press 0:41 briefing today is tardy because the 0:43 president was hosting a more than 0:44 two-hour long cabinet meeting with his 0:46 entire cabinet each secretary went 0:49 around the room to talk about the 0:51 promises they are delivering on for the 0:53 American public and the directives they 0:56 are executing um at the behest of the 0:58 president of the United States can you 1:00 ever remember a cabinet meeting in which 1:02 the media were welcomed into the room to 1:05 ask questions of the entire federal 1:07 government no you can’t because it never 1:09 happened joe Biden was afraid to speak 1:11 to the press because he was mentally 1:13 incompetent in driving our country into 1:15 the ground but fortunately President 1:17 Trump has been ex incredibly hard at 1:19 work cleaning up Joe Biden’s messes and 1:22 making our country great again yesterday 1:24 marked the president’s official 100th 1:27 day in office the first 100 days of 1:30 President Trump’s second term can only 1:32 be summed up as promises made promises 1:34 kept he has ushered in the most secure 1:37 border in modern American history and he 1:39 didn’t need a bill from Congress to do 1:41 it do you all remember that they said we 1:43 needed a bill we didn’t need a bill we 1:45 just needed a new president the border 1:47 is now closed and the border Biden Biden 1:49 border invasion has been halted illegal 1:52 border encounters are down by 1:54 95% illegal alien godaway is one of the 1:57 top threats to our public safety are 1:59 down by an astounding 99.99% 2:03 and Fox News’s Bill Malujan who did 2:05 exceptional reporting covering the Biden 2:07 border crisis was recently quoted saying 2:09 “If Fox were to send me down there right 2:11 now I would have trouble finding a 2:13 single migrant on camera.” That is the 2:16 Trump effect president Trump took on the 2:18 cartels and designated Trend Aaragua 2:20 MS-13 and other vicious gangs and 2:22 cartels as foreign terrorist 2:24 organizations under President Trump it 2:26 is the policy of the United States to 2:28 ensure the total elimination of these 2:30 brutal organizations presence in our 2:33 country and we are also beginning stages 2:35 of carrying out the largest mass 2:37 deportation in American history we have 2:39 already arrested more than 150,000 2:42 illegal aliens and you can expect those 2:44 numbers to ratchet up in the months 2:46 ahead on the economy President Trump is 2:49 rebuilding the greatest economy in the 2:50 world once again since day one he has 2:53 focused on defeating inflation bringing 2:55 down the cost of living and making the 2:57 United States the best place in the 2:58 world to do business invest create jobs 3:01 and innovate the president later this 3:03 afternoon in the East Room of the White 3:05 House will be uh joined by CEOs from 3:07 around the world who have committed 3:09 trillions of dollars in investments 3:12 right here in the United States of 3:13 America i don’t think the president is 3:15 getting enough credit for the massive 3:17 deregulation campaign that he has 3:19 launched across the entire federal 3:21 bureaucracy he himself has signed a 3:23 number of executive orders to unleash 3:26 rapid deregulation and reduce the cost 3:28 of living for families and for small 3:30 businesses and we are seeing a big 3:32 impact of this already his deregulatory 3:35 actions thus far will save nearly 3:37 $11,000 per family of four over the next 3:40 several years and building on this 3:43 success the president has encouraged the 3:45 rapid onshoring of jobs to restore 3:47 America as our world’s manufacturing 3:50 superpower he is effectively utilizing 3:53 tariffs to bring the entire world to the 3:55 negotiating table offering more 3:57 favorable terms for our country when all 4:00 is said and done America will finally 4:02 have fair and reciprocal trade and our 4:05 country will finally stop being ripped 4:07 off uh so far as I mentioned total 4:10 investments under this administration 4:12 are more than $5 trillion the president 4:15 has already created 345,000 jobs since 4:19 taking office in January 9,000 4:21 manufacturing jobs were created compared 4:23 to the 6,000 manufacturing jobs lost per 4:26 month in the final two years of the 4:28 Biden administration the labor force 4:31 participation rate for those without a 4:33 high school diploma is up inflation has 4:35 dropped and the price of prescription 4:37 drugs last month was the largest drop 4:40 ever recorded in little more than three 4:42 months President Trump has America 4:44 headed in the right direction the good 4:46 news is we are just getting started we 4:48 are very busy every single day here at 4:50 the White House literally working around 4:52 the clock seven days a week um to 4:55 restore the golden age of America 4:57 hundreds of promises have been made and 4:59 kept there is certainly more work to do 5:01 the best is yet to come but we are very 5:03 proud of the efforts the president has 5:05 made to continue the non-traditional 5:07 media approach that he so beautifully 5:10 executed on the campaign trail which led 5:12 him back to this office talking to 5:14 podcasters social media content creators 5:17 and influencers like yourself and again 5:19 we’re so proud to welcome you to the 5:20 White House here today so you can ask 5:22 questions for the whole world to hear so 5:25 Jack great to see you and why don’t you 5:26 kick us off caroline thanks so much for 5:28 having us in today and I appreciate the 5:30 administration making yourself available 5:32 and making it available to us and and 5:34 all of our followers and I’m I 5:36 understand that you’re going to be 5:37 continuing these and I think it’s 5:39 fantastic that really have everybody 5:41 come in and be able to do this one of 5:43 the things that’s that’s been troubling 5:44 me and has actually even affected me 5:46 over the last 24 hours is the the rise 5:49 of violence that we’ve seen from 5:52 elements of the far left uh starting 5:54 with things like Luigi Majioni uh these 5:58 support for these unhuman organizations 6:00 like MS-13 Trenda Aaragua and even of 6:03 course the assassination attempts on 6:05 President Trump Thomas Matthew Krooks 6:07 and Ryan Ralph as well as numerous 6:09 incidents against uh anyone who owns a 6:11 Tesla apparently you you don’t really 6:13 see the Democrats opposing these things 6:16 you see them in many cases uh either 6:18 either co-signing it or giving a wink 6:20 and nod to it at the same time that they 6:23 will be uh demanding that we follow due 6:25 process for anyone who actually is a 6:28 hardened criminal or some of the worst 6:29 of the worst what is the administration 6:32 doing DOJ wise or FBI wise to combat 6:36 this rise in violence that we’re seeing 6:38 it’s a great question Jack and I 6:40 absolutely agree with the premise of 6:41 your question which I usually don’t when 6:43 I take questions at a podium but 6:45 certainly you’re right we have seen a 6:47 rise in political violence that stems 6:49 from the left dating back to the Black 6:51 Lives Matter movement uh which the left 6:53 and the Democrats don’t want to talk 6:54 about much but they burn down American 6:56 cities and the Joe the Biden 6:58 administration did nothing to prosecute 7:00 those uh who who created that violence 7:03 oftentimes not just destroying 7:04 businesses but also lives in communities 7:07 as well you look at the rise of violence 7:09 against the president himself and his 7:11 supporters you had two heinous 7:13 assassination attempts um from leftist 7:16 lunatics um and the president is lucky 7:19 and blessed to be here today because he 7:21 was able to survive that political 7:23 violence in those assassination attempts 7:25 look at the recent attacks on Tesla on 7:27 Elon Musk’s company it’s quite ironic 7:29 because Democrats and leftists were the 7:31 greatest fans of Tesla many Democrats 7:34 drive Teslas to this very day but then 7:36 it’s that their same party who is doing 7:39 nothing to stop or condemn or discourage 7:42 this violence from taking place and in 7:44 cases in many cases Democrat- elected 7:46 officials are actually inciting it and 7:48 encouraging it uh but that’s not going 7:50 to be allowed to happen anymore uh the 7:53 attorney general was just in the cabinet 7:54 room with the president and made it very 7:56 clear to anyone who is inciting violence 7:58 or participating in violence you will be 8:00 prosecuted to the fullest extent of the 8:02 law and no longer do we have a justice 8:05 department that chooses uh prosecutions 8:08 based on one’s political affiliation if 8:11 you break the law you will be held 8:12 accountable for that um and I think we 8:15 are truly restoring um a fair and equal 8:18 justice system in this country the 8:20 attorney general spoke earlier about how 8:22 there have been several cases brought 8:24 against those who have perpetrated this 8:26 political violence against Tesla which 8:27 is a great Americanmade company um and 8:30 we need to see more people on the other 8:34 side of the aisle u stepping out to 8:36 discourage this violence but I don’t 8:37 think we will hold our breath we won’t 8:38 wait for them um the president is 8:40 leading by example and I think the the 8:42 restoration of justice we’ve seen at the 8:44 DOJ under the leadership of Pam Bondi 8:46 and Cash Patel who’s doing an incredible 8:48 job as the FBI director is a testament 8:50 to that thank you Dom thank you um thank 8:54 you for giving me an honor to be able to 8:55 ask a question and provide some 8:56 transparency for the American people 8:58 speaking of I wanted to reference the 9:00 election integrity a lot of people in 9:02 America are questioning if there’s any 9:04 possibility that we could see further 9:06 investigations for anyone that could 9:07 have violated our election integrity 9:09 rights and more importantly so is there 9:11 any possibility for names such as Barack 9:13 Hussein Obama Hillary Rodham Clinton to 9:16 ever just possibly get investigated for 9:18 any of these uh you know questions from 9:20 the American people any of the 9:22 wrongdoings they might have done well 9:23 it’s refreshing to actually hear a 9:25 question on election integrity because 9:27 the legacy media would never ask such a 9:29 question they’re so out of touch with 9:30 where the American people are on this 9:32 issue and Americans you’re absolutely 9:34 right want to have trust in our 9:36 electoral system without free and fair 9:38 elections you cannot have a free and 9:40 fair country and President Trump has 9:42 absolutely been a leader on this effort 9:45 talking about the irregularities we’ve 9:47 seen in our elections holding Democrats 9:49 accountable for allowing illegal 9:51 immigrants to participate in our 9:52 elections and um he actually signed a 9:55 recent executive order to protect the 9:57 integrity of our elections it will 9:58 strengthen voter citizenship um 10:00 verification laws it also um directs the 10:03 attorney general to enter information 10:05 sharing agreements with state election 10:07 officials to identify cases of election 10:09 fraud so that correspondence between the 10:12 federal government and the attorney 10:13 general with state and local officials 10:14 has never happened before it will allow 10:16 the federal government to more easily 10:18 identify these cases of fraud and then 10:21 prosecute those who violate our election 10:23 laws and it is again appalling that any 10:27 politician regardless of party could be 10:29 against ensuring only American citizens 10:32 can vote in American elections can could 10:35 ever how could anyone ever be against 10:37 ensuring Americans uh need to have proof 10:40 of identification to participate in our 10:42 elections you see the Democrats falling 10:45 over themselves trying to say this is 10:47 somehow voter suppression absolutely not 10:50 we are trying to uh ensure that every 10:52 American citizen their vote actually 10:54 counts and is not being outweighed by 10:57 fraudulent votes um and fraudulent 10:59 ballots that we know have been cast in 11:00 previous elections so president’s taking 11:02 this very seriously he signed an 11:04 extremely strong executive order 11:05 directing action from the AG and the 11:08 Department of Homeland Security as well 11:09 to clean up our elections and we expect 11:11 Congress to do more on this front as 11:13 well let’s go over here on on that uh 11:16 question again Caroline thank you so 11:17 much for for hosting this really 11:19 appreciate the opportunity to come in 11:20 here and ask questions of you guys and 11:22 and appreciate the president giving us 11:24 some time of yours as well on the on a 11:26 follow up on Dom’s question I still have 11:27 a ton of my audience that is still 11:29 asking questions about uh Hillary Roam 11:32 Clinton and the fact that it came out 11:34 that her and the DNC funded the steel 11:36 dossier which then led to Crossfire 11:38 Hurricane and all the FISA abuses that 11:40 went against President Trump leading up 11:42 to the 2020 election uh is there you 11:45 don’t have to spill the beans but is 11:46 there something is there somebody still 11:48 looking at it we just want to know that 11:50 it’s not dead in the water that 11:51 Hillary’s not just off scot-free uh 11:54 after knowing what what her and the DNC 11:56 did uh leading up to the 2020 election 11:58 it’s a great question absolutely 11:59 understand and agree with why you’re 12:01 asking it but I would want to let the 12:03 president weigh in on that front i 12:04 haven’t discussed it with him to be 12:06 honest with you but um certainly we can 12:08 ask them and get back to you 12:11 eric so Caroline um madam press 12:13 secretary uh the over the You could call 12:15 me Caroline thank you Caroline over the 12:17 weekend the uh White House 12:19 correspondents association had their 12:20 gayla they had their dinner and Alex 12:22 Thompson from now Axios prior to that 12:26 politico didn’t really apologize but 12:28 came forward and said “We quote unquote 12:30 missed the story of Joe Biden’s demise 12:33 his health demise his cognitive demise 12:35 during during the four years.” Um Jake 12:38 Tapper has written the book since 12:40 President Trump was elected that they 12:42 missed the demise of Joe Biden as well 12:45 fast forward to this lawsuit with CBS 12:48 right so the media legacy media has not 12:51 been held accountable will this lawsuit 12:54 with CBS go to fruition in other words I 12:56 would love to see it go to trial so that 12:58 we can see so they can be held 13:00 accountable additionally will the New 13:02 York Times be enjoined into that lawsuit 13:04 because the New York Times has already 13:06 stated that they agree with CBS and 13:09 Trump has said maybe we’re going to sue 13:10 the New York Times as well and as a 13:12 followup to all this and it really does 13:14 dovetail because it’s not just 13:16 leftleaning media Trump uh Fox News Fox 13:20 News put out a poll i’m a statistician 13:23 the poll they put out was wildly biased 13:27 against President Trump mhm will will 13:30 Fox sue Fox uh will Trump sue Fox for 13:34 their methodology in Poland two great 13:37 questions let me hit the first one first 13:39 um as for CBS and the White House 13:43 Correspondents Association dinner uh it 13:47 was laughable they gave an award to a 13:52 journalist uh for talking about Biden’s 13:55 mental incompetence he wrote a story 13:57 about it years after the American people 14:01 knew that story to be true didn’t take 14:04 much just two eyes and two ears to 14:06 realize that Joe Biden was completely 14:09 inept uh was unfit to serve as president 14:13 of the United States and nobody in the 14:16 legacy media nobody in this city wanted 14:19 to talk about it in fact I recall being 14:22 on President Trump’s campaign and 14:25 calling out Joe Biden’s cognitive 14:27 decline and we were accused of 14:29 manufacturing deep fakes my predecessor 14:32 accused us for manufacturing deep fakes 14:35 from the White House podium when she 14:37 knew and everybody in this White House 14:39 knew the true status of Joe Biden’s 14:42 physical and mental fitness and the me 14:44 mainstream media allowed that cover up 14:47 to take place because they refused to 14:49 dig for the truth they tried to get the 14:51 American people not to believe their own 14:53 eyes it is truly one of the greatest 14:56 coverups and scandals in American 14:58 history and again this is why we are 15:01 welcoming independent journalists and 15:03 and social media influencers and content 15:05 creators into the White House with open 15:07 arms because all of you in this room and 15:10 many of your colleagues in independent 15:11 journalism talked about this online 15:14 nobody gave you credence as far as the 15:16 legacy media is concerned and now they 15:18 host cocktail parties where they’re 15:20 applauding each other and patting each 15:22 other on the back for uncovering the 15:24 truth it was years later uh and it’s 15:27 truly sad to see uh but again that’s why 15:29 we’re making muchneeded and long overdue 15:31 changes as for the lawsuit against CBS 15:33 the president and his legal team fully 15:35 intend to carry this lawsuit forward the 15:38 president put out a very strong 15:39 statement uh in regard to that and and 15:42 fake news CBS this morning um and then 15:44 as for the Fox News poll president’s 15:48 right these are fake polls they overpull 15:50 Democrats they underpull President 15:52 Trump’s supporters it’s always been the 15:54 case for media polls uh they 15:56 consistently underestimate President 15:58 Trump’s support amongst the public 16:00 that’s why we don’t really blink when we 16:02 see them to be honest with you we’re 16:04 staying focused on the mission and 16:06 moving forward the president knows 16:08 everything he’s doing is exactly what he 16:10 promised the American public he would do 16:13 and if you look at the key issues in the 16:14 polling the president is still ahead 16:16 because Americans know he is delivering 16:18 on them on those issues for them um and 16:21 if you look at the methodology you’re 16:23 right um there are overpolling um 16:25 Democrats underpolling Republicans uh 16:28 it’s a clear-cut case of fake polling no 16:31 doubt if I may uh also misinformation 16:35 though right and maybe as detrimental to 16:37 the presidency as what CBS has done or 16:40 or the New York Times is doing yeah no 16:43 doubt about it the president’s spoken 16:45 quite strongly about it and I know he’s 16:46 made some phone calls to express his his 16:49 displeasure with it as well alina go 16:51 ahead thank you so much for having me 16:52 here especially as a legal immigrant 16:54 because the overwhelming uh fake news 16:57 that Hispanics don’t support President 16:59 Trump but we do and we’re very excited 17:00 to have mass deportations because it 17:02 affects our communities my question is 17:04 about immigration reform and Dhaka 17:07 during the first Trump administration we 17:09 saw that President Trump like no other 17:11 president wanted to make a deal with the 17:13 Democrats to give a pathway to 17:15 citizenship to 1.2 million DACA 17:18 recipients i don’t know i haven’t really 17:20 heard anything coming out is there going 17:22 to be uh is there any policy surrounding 17:25 that uh situation and is there going to 17:27 be immigration reform mhm well first of 17:30 all thanks for sharing your story and 17:32 the president overwhelmingly won uh the 17:34 vote of Hispanic Americans in the 17:36 previous election and swept counties on 17:38 the border of Texas that are 17:40 predominantly Hispanic counties because 17:42 to your very point Hispanic Americans 17:45 and legal immigrants to this country 17:47 from all countries are so sick and tired 17:50 of seeing were we’re so sick and tired 17:52 of seeing the mass invasion of illegal 17:56 immigrants that was allowed to occur 17:57 under the previous administration and it 18:00 was an issue the president ran on and he 18:03 delivered on these mass deportations are 18:05 underway and it is currently the 18:07 position of this administration we are 18:09 focused on removing as many illegal 18:12 alien criminals from our communities as 18:14 possible and not only are we doing that 18:17 for law-abiding American citizens but uh 18:20 also legal immigrants as you said who 18:22 who are citizens now and came here the 18:24 right way waited their turn paid their 18:25 dues it’s a slap in the face uh to them 18:28 and so um there’s a lot of reforms that 18:30 need to be made to our illegal 18:31 immigration system the president has 18:33 talked about that but our initial focus 18:35 right now and our priority is cleaning 18:37 up the mess that the previous 18:39 administration left us um and there’s 18:41 there’s more work to do um but a lot of 18:43 progress has been made thus far cj yeah 18:46 you know also thank you so much Caroline 18:48 for having us here you know also on the 18:50 topic of immigration not only do I think 18:52 you know the legal immigrant community 18:54 welcomes what the president’s doing but 18:55 also the black community so I would love 18:57 to get your reaction to recent comments 18:58 made by Simone Sanders who said that 19:00 people of color would be next in line 19:02 for deportation under this president now 19:05 that was a revelation to me and probably 19:06 many others in the black community being 19:07 a lifelong American I’m not really sure 19:09 where Tom Hman would send me other than 19:11 my childhood home in Augusta Georgia but 19:13 why do you think this fear-mongering is 19:15 being directed at the black community 19:17 over the issue of immigration and do you 19:19 think it’s offensive to conflate illegal 19:21 aliens who are rapists traffickers and 19:24 sexual abusers with law-abiding citizens 19:26 in the black community it’s absolutely 19:29 insane and it is racist what she is 19:31 saying uh the president intends on 19:33 deporting illegal alien criminals who 19:36 broke our nation’s laws and are not only 19:38 impacting uh communities across the 19:41 country but in particular communities of 19:43 color in our inner cities you remember 19:45 the story out of New York City where um 19:48 young minority children were kicked out 19:50 of their public school to make room for 19:53 illegal immigrants to sleep on the floor 19:54 of their cafeteria that is putting 19:57 America last doesn’t matter your race 19:59 your religion or creed if you are a 20:00 law-abiding American citizen President 20:02 Trump is going to put you first and 20:04 shame on Simone Sanders for saying that 20:06 she knows better but she’s trying to 20:08 fear people into dislike this president 20:11 with lies but I think uh the American 20:13 public are much smarter than she 20:15 believes that they are and that’s why 20:17 they reelected President Trump oh go 20:19 ahead hi hi Caroline so um as the 20:22 youngest press secretary in history who 20:24 is a wife and a mom you’ve become wildly 20:27 popular with America First Patriots um 20:29 as an 18-year-old I can say you’re 20:31 definitely an inspiration to Gen Z uh 20:33 what has been the biggest highlight for 20:35 you in these first 100 historic days 20:38 thank you for asking that and saying 20:39 that Bo i am Gen Z i think I heard the 20:42 term zelennial um because I’m right on 20:44 the cusp of millennial in Jenzie and 20:46 Jack is cringing at 20:48 that but there’s been so many highlights 20:52 just being here every day is such a 20:53 blessing and an honor and I’ll share a 20:56 quick story to that point you know the 20:58 president um I’m only here because the 21:00 president believed in me and um uplifted 21:03 me and so many others who are working so 21:05 hard across this administration this 21:07 administration is filled with young 21:09 vibrant people who come to work every 21:12 day hungry and eager to help accomplish 21:14 the president’s goals and I think we’re 21:16 seeing a real reawakening amongst young 21:18 people across the country president 21:20 spoke directly to young people during 21:22 his campaign uh inspiring confidence in 21:25 them and restoring hope in the American 21:27 dream basic common sense values of faith 21:30 and family and freedom that truly do 21:32 resonate with young people the American 21:34 dream of home ownership of being able to 21:36 afford to raise a family and to have 21:39 children it’s a beautiful thing and I 21:41 think the president openly talking about 21:42 it has inspired so many young minds and 21:45 opened up so many young hearts and uh 21:48 I’m just so honored to be in this role 21:50 the president t he’s wrote about it in 21:52 his books and he’s talked about it 21:53 himself when he was in his 20s he was 21:56 building buildings in Manhattan um so 21:58 certainly he believes in the strength 21:59 and uh the ability of young Americans 22:02 across the country like yourself here at 22:04 the White House at just 18 years old 22:06 thanks for being here into the back row 22:08 thank you so much for having us here 22:09 Caroline it underscores President 22:11 Trump’s transparency shifting focus a 22:13 little bit to what’s happening on our 22:15 universities president Trump has finally 22:18 put American students over violent 22:20 foreign nationals and right now we’re 22:23 seeing the media whitewash the violence 22:26 perpetrated on our college campuses we 22:28 see many universities trying to bypass 22:30 President Trump’s executive order and my 22:33 question is how exactly does President 22:35 Trump in will make sure that these 22:38 universities are being properly held 22:40 accountable and violent foreign 22:41 nationals who are taking over campus 22:44 buildings are sent back home yeah well 22:47 to Jack’s earlier question about 22:48 political violence we have this is 22:50 another form of political violence we’ve 22:51 seen stem from the left with the pro- 22:54 Hamas movement that took place on 22:57 college campuses and universities in 22:59 fact I recall being in Manhattan 23:02 courtroom during the Alvin Bragg case 23:03 against President Trump in the midst of 23:05 the campaign and we were in that 23:08 courthouse watching the television as 23:10 these violent riots unfolded on the 23:12 campus of Columbia University and I 23:15 remember the president watching the 23:16 television saying “When we are back we 23:19 are going to fix this this is 23:20 ridiculous.” And immediately directed 23:22 his campaign staff at the time to insert 23:25 it into the speeches and to make sure 23:27 the American public knew he was not 23:29 going to tolerate violence on our 23:30 nation’s college campuses and the 23:33 illegal harassment against Jewish 23:35 American students he has taken 23:37 incredibly strong position on this 23:38 already he has brought many of these 23:40 colleges and universities to their knees 23:43 by threatening their federal funding in 23:45 in a few cases cutting federal funds if 23:48 you violate federal law you will not 23:49 receive federal funds under this 23:51 administration it’s very simple if you 23:53 allow the illegal harassment and 23:55 violence against students of any race or 23:58 religion on your campus you will not 23:59 receive federal funding you are 24:00 violating Title Six which is federal law 24:03 president’s made that very clear and 24:05 you’ve seen many of these colleges um 24:08 come come to the table and admit their 24:10 wrongdoing and apologize for it because 24:12 they know they were wrong unfortunately 24:14 we didn’t have a president at the time 24:16 who was holding them accountable who was 24:17 completely silent as students were being 24:20 targeted as for the visas same is true 24:22 the president and the secretary of state 24:24 Marco Rubio who’s doing a tremendous job 24:26 have taken incredibly strong action on 24:28 this as well and Marco Rubio as our 24:31 Secretary of State reserves the right to 24:32 rescend visas from foreign nationals who 24:35 have the privilege of studying on our 24:37 nation’s colleges and universities and 24:39 if you engage in illegal behavior if 24:42 you’re engaging in activity that’s um 24:44 contrary to our nation’s foreign policy 24:46 interests then you will no longer have 24:48 the privilege of coming and studying 24:49 here we’re going to put American 24:51 citizens and American students first and 24:53 only the best and brightest should be 24:55 allowed to come to our country and study 24:57 at our nation’s colleges and 24:59 universities so um again such a pleasure 25:02 to see all of you here today thank you 25:04 so much for coming to the White House we 25:05 hope you enjoy the rest of this 25:07 beautiful day at 1600 Pennsylvania 25:09 Avenue and thanks for all that you do 25:11 take care thank you thank you you
